By choosing to participate in Ascension Coaching with Roxanne at Twin Flame Heart Healing, it is understood that you will be coached exclusively with the Mirror Exercise, specifically as taught by Jeff and Shaleia in their book, Twin Flames: Finding Your Ultimate Lover.

Our coaching services can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be given. We reserve the right to end the coaching relationship and remove any coaching client for any reason. If we choose to end the coaching relationship, we will refund the remainder of the unused coaching services, but PayPal will keep its fees and we will not reimburse for fees.

There are no makeup days, refunds, reimbursements, or coaching conversions if a client misses or is unable to attend a group session on a day when a group is held. Those arriving late may forfeit their time that group session due to the sensitive nature of the group.

We, at Twin Flame Heart Healing, and our contributors will not be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the information contained herein. We assume no responsibility for anyone's use of the information, including any decisions made stemming from failure to take appropriate medical and/or psychiatric/counseling assistance. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this system, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

In our classes, students will be removed for intentionally cultivating hatred, making classes about themselves, being disruptive, or engaging in slander or defamation of character against Roxanne Lemoine or any affiliate of Twin Flame Heart Healing or Twin Flames Universe or any affiliates to anyone else.

Each student must respect the confidentiality and privacy of other students and not engage in any behavior that might be construed as libel, slander, defamation, abuse, attack, bullying, or hatred of any kind against any client, coach, student, or affiliate of Twin Flame Heart Healing, Twin Flames Universe, the Church of Union, or their affiliates in perpetuity. Any violation of these terms will result in a fee of no less than $5,000 USD adjusted for inflation plus damages.

Recording of any kind is prohibited in our classes, but students may take handwritten or typed notes. Missed classes will not be reimbursed.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact us 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to reschedule. Clients arriving over 10 minutes late to their session will forfeit their session. Any missed sessions on the client’s behalf will not be rescheduled unless the client notifies the coach more than 24 hours in advance.

Sessions are booked online on the scheduling page. You will be redirected to the scheduling page after purchase for packages, via email for subscriptions, and via Facebook Messenger for groups.

 

REFUND POLICY

Due to the personal nature of this work, all sales are final, and absolutely no refunds are given for any reason. If a client wishes to discontinue services, no refunds are given to any of the unused portion of the coaching package or subscription.
